The so-called "Equality March" was held in Kiev, which LGBT activists usually gather for*. This time the event was held in a rather crumpled format due to the presence of radicals.

According to the Ukrainian newspaper Strana, more than 800 representatives of the LGBT community came to the March, but the march itself, as such, did not work out.

The participants of the event walked no more than a hundred meters along Chikalenko Street, and then under heavy guard of National Police officers.

After that, the non-traditionalists stopped and dispersed quite quickly, obviously afraid of the opponents of an unconventional lifestyle. The March could not even extend the presence of the Canadian Ambassador. As well as the introduction of the singer KAZKA.

As a result, the battlefield was left to the radicals, who loudly resented the number of policemen guarding the event. They were chanting: "Police to the front."

It is reported that part of the central streets were blocked for the duration of the action and the Teatralnaya metro station was closed. Now everything is working normally.

Earlier, EADaily reported that Polish MP Grzegorz Brown smashed the LGBT exhibition ** in the building of the Sejm (parliament). The incident occurred during the parliamentary hearings on the vote of confidence in Donald Tusk.
